YOUR OUTPUT A practical implementation roadmap.
Illustrative process. Your priorities come from your diagnostic.

POSSIBLE STARTING POINTS

Follow a real example.

Field-to-office updates

Follow site notes, photos and job status to the official job record.

Estimating and follow-up

Find repeated entry, missing details and decisions waiting for an owner.

Identify the records and approvals needed before an invoice can be prepared.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Know what
comes next.

Will we need to replace our software?

We start with the tools you already use. We check available features, integrations, API documentation and your access before recommending a build.

Does the diagnostic include building three automations?

It includes analysis and a written roadmap for up to three workflows. Production implementation is a separate engagement.

What happens after the roadmap?

You can use it with your own team or ask us to implement. Ongoing building and optimization is $1,000–$1,500 per month with agreed scope and delivery capacity. Larger projects may require a separate scope; software and usage costs are separate.

How does the $999 credit work?

A paid diagnostic is credited once against your first implementation invoice. A $1,500 invoice would have $501 remaining. A free founding diagnostic does not create a $999 credit.

How long does it take?

We confirm the schedule before starting. The proposed delivery window is five to seven business days after both interviews and the requested inputs are complete.

Is a free place guaranteed when I book?

No. The first five accepted businesses across both industries receive the full diagnostic free. A place is confirmed after we agree fit, scope and interview availability. No implementation purchase is required.
